Established in 1989, Linqu Shenlu Cylinder liner Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of cylinder liners for the automobiles and other vehicles.

In order to ensure the quality of our products, we established professional laboratory and purchased advanced equipments, such as, a spectrograph, a metallographic microscope, a hardness tester, etc. and full set of chemical testing instruments for material analysis and regular inspection before casting.

Our factory can produce cylinder liners to which various chemical compositions added, and we have succeeded in making special formulas according to customers' requirements from different countries. For all cylinder liner blanks, we make heat treatment in order to make their mechanical performance more stable and service life longer.

Our finish machining completely use advanced numerically controlled equipments, which makes sizes of products accurate and appearances of products perfect. For dry cylinder liner, external diameter is within 180mm and the length is within 300mm; for wet cylinder liner, internal diameter is within 200mm and the length is within 500mm, both can be well produced.
